SHIPPING?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to process. Shipping and Processing times may increase during specials and holidays (+3-5 business days) You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Shipping is 6-14 business days, processing times included. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are NOT responsible for mis-delivery errors via. carrier, or incorrect shipping info, We are NOT responsible for weather related delays. YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS?

“Trinas House Of Wigs” CAN ONLY refund orders that has NOT been shipped. Once your order is shipped, we CANNOT issue a refund. For orders that have been shipped & delivered you can return the order under our “3 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY”. ALL items must be in original condition & returned within 3 days of delivery. You are also eligible for a return if you received the the wrong items. You are eligible to return the wrong items for the correct item OR chose a partial refund from the difference of the wrong item-correct item.

3 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEED POLICY?

Our money back guarantee policy is to give you the opportunity to see if Trinas House Of Wigs meets your standard of expectation. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your products, you can return them within 3 days of delivery in its original packaging. We will not accept the hair if it has been:

  • Installed

  • treated with chemicals (bleached or dyed)

  • not in original condition/hairs texture has been altered.

To receive a full refund you must be unsatisfied with the quality of your product. We do NOT offer exchanges.

WHY AM I BEING VERIFIED?

”Trinas House Of Wigs” is subject to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a Valid ID. Billing and Shipping addresses MUST MATCH. None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information Is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes.

WE VERIFY ALL CUSTOMERS BEFORE ANY ORDERS ARE SHIPPED. FAILURE TO VERIFY MAY RESULT IN ORDER CANCELLATION.
